Setup typically takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your event. We recommend coordinating the setup timing with your venue in advance to ensure a smooth installation and to avoid any additional venue charges.
Yes. You're welcome to keep all personalised printed items, balloons and standees after the event. Rental items, including backdrops, stands, artificial flowers and selected décor, will be collected by our team during teardown.
Yes, we provide setup at homes, restaurants, hotels, event venues and offices across Singapore. If your venue has specific setup requirements or restrictions, we'll be happy to coordinate with them.
Yes. Both setup and teardown are included with our backdrop packages unless otherwise stated. Our team will dismantle and remove all rental items after your event, so you can enjoy your celebration without the hassle.

The lifespan of balloons depends on the balloon type and environmental conditions.
To maximise their lifespan, keep balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects and rough surfaces.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments and cancellations are subject to the production status of your order, and we may not be able to accommodate requests once preparation has begun.
If your event date changes, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We'll do our best to reschedule your order, subject to availability.
