Yes, our event decoration services include setup and teardown. Rest assured, you can focus on your event and mingle with your guests without having to worry about dismantling the setup afterwards.
It depends on the scale and complexity of the design concept. It may take 2 to 4 hours for smaller events, while larger-scale events such as graduations or gala dinners may require 6 to 8 hours or even a full day. We will let you know beforehand to coordinate the venue access and carefully take care of every detail so that you can focus on preparing for your event.
Yes. For outdoor events, we may recommend contingency plans to anticipate unexpected weather changes.
For school or corporate event decorations, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance to secure your slot. Upon the initial meeting, we will discuss your event concept and prepare all the elements based on your request and approval. However, if you have a last-minute event, do not hesitate to still reach out, as we may have an available slot.
