   The delivery time for your balloon bouquet will differ depending on your order placement time and how customised your balloon bouquet is. Typically, we take 1 to 3 business days (excluding Thursdays, Weekends & Public holidays) to process and pack your order. Additional production lead time is required for customised balloon bouquets.

    

2. How much does it cost to have my balloon bouquet delivered? 

   Our balloon bouquet delivery fee may vary depending on the chosen delivery mode. Self-collection is available for next-day collection! You can choose from standard or time-specific delivery, ranging from $28 - $38, cost varies depending on the delivery area. Understanding the event's unforeseen circumstances, we also offer last-minute order services! Refer to our delivery information for more details or contact us for a quote.

    

3. Can I return my purchased balloon bouquet and get a refund?

   We advise you to inspect your balloon bouquet upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We will only accept refunds due to manufacturing defects within 1 hour from the time of delivery/ collection. Cash refunds are not provided and all refunds will be made in STORE CREDIT.
