ORDER FULFILMENT
We will need 1 to 3 business days (excluding Thursdays, Weekends & Public Holiday) to process and pack your parcel.
If your order consist of customised products, there will be additional production lead time on top of the timeframe given. Please refer to the individual customised listing for the estimated lead time.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
For customised products, the confirmation email will indicate that item is ready for collection and we will prepare it accordingly to your input shipping method. If you have indicated your shipping method as self-collection, you may proceed to collect the item from us at the timeslot that you have selected.
Orders with customised product will only be delivered once production is completed.
If you need other purchases to be delivered first and the customised product to be delivered after production date, you will have to place separate orders.

For products INCLUDING balloons
1. Orders have to be placed at least 3 working days or more in advance. Specific date and time delivery can be selected at the checkout page.
2. Any special requests cannot be fulfilled via REMARKS in delivery without getting a confirmation from our staff for special request. If your event date and timing cannot be fulfilled from available timeslots, do contact us via Whatsapp, call us directly at 9671 4868 or email to contact@hellojoico.com to check with us on the availability.
3. Self-collection is available for next day collection for items placed together in the cart with helium balloons
4. In case you want specific items to be shipped out to you first, you will have to place SEPARATE orders with correct delivery option. Do not combine all the items and helium balloons in one order and write in the REMARKS to be delivered with different delivery options. For example, if you want the decor items to be mailed to you first and for helium balloons to be delivered only on the actual event date, do place SEPARATE order.

HELIUM BALLOONS DELIVERY
1. Hello Joi aims to provide efficient delivery, please note that actual delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and road traffic.
2. Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable and subject to availability.
3. For deliveries to hotels and shopping malls, the balloons/parcels would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or pick up point. A surcharge of $8 would apply due to parking fees incurred.
4. It’s advisable to schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:

5. Last minute amendment (at least 2 days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location is chargeable at $5 and subject to availability.
6. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
SELF-COLLECTION
1. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon Self-Collection. You may SELF-COLLECT the items at our office should there be any discrepancy/exchange required.
2. Please quote your order number (e.g ME/YYYY/S001) during Self-Collection.
3. Do come at your selected timeslot, otherwise you may have to wait as we will first attend to customers who has turn up at their correct timeslot.
